You have 7 days after your song is delivered to listen, review, and request changes. If the song doesn't feel right, contact us within that 7-day window and we'll revise it for free. Once your request is opened on time, your guarantee stays active while we work through the revision. If after revision you still feel we didn't capture your story, we'll offer a full refund.
